Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Manager, Real Estate to lead development in the assigned geography from market plan to opening. You will supervise multiple projects, drive negotiations with landlords, and coordinate with brokers, attorneys, and internal teams.

You’ll deliver executive-level updates, manage cross-functional collaboration with operations, and navigate rezoning and industry events to support growth strategies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in real estate, finance, or GIS.
• 5-8 years of experience in field with QSR real estate site selection.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ real estate projects per year from inception to opening.
• Negotiate terms with landlords and coordinate with attorneys.
• Lead Triad and oversee design & construction work streams.
• Deliver executive presentations for approval of deals.
• Develop regional market plans and engage Operations leadership.
