Job Overview

Assists the Real Estate Directors and VP of Real Estate in planning and executing Regional Market Development Plans and strategies for a defined geography, across multiple brands. This position functions to procure real estate including site selection, determination of brand integrity, contract negotiation and financial return. The Real Estate Manager is responsible to maintain active communication with Development Team Leaders and Team members as well as outside developers, real estate brokers and community representatives.

Required Technical Skills

• 5-8 years of commercial real estate, retail development, restaurant development, brokerage, acquisitions, or related experience.
• Familiarity with real estate letters of intent, leases and contracts.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Willingness to present multi-million-dollar transactions to leadership.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or equivalent experience.
