Job summary

Rockefeller Group seeks a development/finance analyst to support acquisitions across regional projects in the United States. You will analyze markets, perform ROI work, and assist with due diligence, investment memos, and project cash flows.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in business or real estate, 0–2 years in related fields, and strong Excel/ARGUS skills. Expect coordination with various teams, plus travel for site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, economics, architecture, engineering or finance.
• 0–2 years of real estate development, finance or related experience; internships acceptable.
• Strong financial understanding: cash flows, IRR, NPV, budgets and proformas.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions and investments with market research and ROI analyses.
• Assist with due diligence, development feasibility and investor materials.
• Analyze leases, project financing, JV structures and operating projections.
• Prepare reports and assist with debt/equity offering memoranda.
