Job summary

Rockefeller Group International, Inc. is seeking a summer intern to support the Northeast Development Team in NYC. The role involves market analysis, underwriting, data gathering, and leasing-up efforts for a new apartment community.

In-office, 33–35 hours per week, summer 2027, with housing and transportation responsibilities falling to the candidate. Eligible undergraduates must be entering junior or senior year, with a preference for finance, real estate, or business majors.

Qualifications

• Must be a candidate for a bachelor’s degree entering junior or senior year.
• Undergraduates only.
• Major in finance, real estate or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence review of potential new deal.
• Assist with analysis on new deal underwriting.
• Research and sourcing on and off market development sites using databases.
• Market research of NYC-metro neighborhoods for potential acquisitions.
• Participate in branding and lease-up efforts for new apartment community.
• Assist Development Team to manage construction completion of new project.
• Support Development Team to manage project budget and financial reporting.
• Miscellaneous project analyses or data input as needed.
• Create agendas and attend project meetings as required.
