Job summary

Rockefeller Group is seeking an Associate Analyst to support acquisitions, development execution, and regional operations. The role involves market research, ROI analyses, and due diligence for potential ground-up projects across office, industrial and multifamily sectors.

You will work with senior leadership, prepare budgets and financial projections, and coordinate with Accounting, Legal and Tax teams. Travel of 10-15% may be required as projects advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, with preferred field of education in business, real estate, economics, architecture, engineering and/or finance.
• 0-2 years of real estate development, finance, capital markets or brokerage experience, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and analyzes trends to identify opportunities across regional product types.
• Performs ROI analyses (cash flows, IRRs, waterfalls) for potential acquisitions and related exits.
• Supports due diligence collection, review of purchase agreements, and drafting investment materials.
• Assists in analysis of tenant leases, project financing, joint ventures, and operating budgets.
