Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus in business/real estate/finance preferred.
• 0–2 years in real estate development, finance, capital markets or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with IRR, NPV, budgets and pro formas preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and ROI analysis for acquisitions and new opportunities.
• Assist in due diligence, negotiations and investment materials preparation.
• Develop operating projections, budgets and cash flow analyses.
• Coordinate with Design, Construction, Accounting and Legal teams on project reporting.
• Support regional operations and strategic development of the portfolio.
• Travel up to 10%–15% to current and potential project sites.
