The role emphasizes financial modeling, market analysis and due diligence under senior guidance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and knowledge of ARGUS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, with preferred fields in business, real estate, economics, architecture, engineering and/or finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in real estate development, finance, capital markets, brokerage, or related field, internships acceptable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ARGUS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze ground-up development opportunities and markets.
• Perform ROI analysis, including cash flows and IRRs for potential acquisitions.
• Assist with due diligence, review of documents, and preparation of investment materials.
• Assist with debt and equity offering memoranda and operating projections.
• Coordinate with internal teams on budgets, project finances and reporting.
