Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field and 2+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee Terra-Gen's portfolio of land agreements and leases.
• Coordinate contract execution and monitor payments and insurance.
• Maintain contract records and prepare status reports.
• Track expirations, renewals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with Development, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and AP teams.
