Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Real Estate Associate in Bloomington, MN to support day-to-day administration of real estate activities across renewable energy projects. You will coordinate real estate documents, landowner records, and payment-related administration, working with Real Estate, Development, Accounting, Legal, and land agents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake and coordination point for real estate documents and routine requests.
• Review agreements for completeness, identify missing information, and route items through workflows.
• Monitor status, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate as needed.
• Support administration of new agreements, amendments, ownership changes, and notices.
• Coordinate collection of landowner information, W-9 forms, and payment records.
• Maintain accurate landowner and parcel data across systems and templates.
• Perform quality-control reviews of data, payment records, and documents.
