Terra-Gen is hiring a Contract Administrator, Real Estate to manage a large portfolio of land agreements and related contracts. The role requires coordinating contract execution, payments, insurance, and renewal deadlines while maintaining precise records.

You will work with Development, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure accuracy and timelines. This hybrid position in California offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $70,304–$88,400 annually,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of lease accounting, property accounting, and real estate taxes.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
• Experience with property software and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers Terra-Gen's land agreements portfolio and contracts.
• Manages hundreds of leases and related real estate contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinates contract execution, payments, and insurance requirements.
• Tracks expirations/renewals and maintains complete contract records.
• Prepares status reports and flags items for follow-up or escalation.
• Collaborates with Development, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and AP teams.
