Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy seeks a Senior Real Estate Associate to lead complex real estate due diligence, title resolution, and site control for renewable energy projects in the United States.

You will coordinate with Development, Finance, and external consultants to mitigate risks, support financings, and ensure timely real estate deliverables throughout project lifecycles. This is an in-office role with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a real estate, business, legal studies, finance, land management, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate, title, land services, project development, energy development, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commissioned Notary Public preferred.
• Experience recording instruments and coordinating transactions with county recording offices.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage title, ALTA survey, Phase I ESA, Mineral Ownership Report, crossing requirements, and other real estate due diligence activities for assigned projects.
• Lead title curative efforts and coordinate resolution of title defects, ownership issues, and real estate encumbrances.
• Manage crossing requirements for assigned projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support project financings, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions by managing required real estate deliverables and documentation.
• Identify, communicate, and track real estate risks, constraints, and action items impacting project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project status, deliverables, and reporting through approved tracking systems and tools.
