KW New Orleans is seeking a Concierge Team Member to welcome visitors, support agents, and keep the office running smoothly. This part-time, in-person role offers flexible scheduling and real estate school opportunities as you pursue licensure.

You will greet guests, answer phones and emails, manage basic office tasks, and help maintain a polished, luxury-standard environment in our New Orleans office.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (Required).
• Language: English (Required).
• License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred).
• Shift availability: Day Shift (Required).
• Ability to Commute: New Orleans, LA 70118 (Required).
• Work Location: In person.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve as the face of the KW New Orleans office.
• Answer phones and emails, assisting customers, agents, and vendors.
• Assist with basic office tasks and maintain a polished, luxury-standard environment.
• Support training on Canva, GoHighLevel, Claude, Adobe and related tools.
