You will process complex collateral boarding, perform loan research, gather documents like appraisals, title work, and maintain data accuracy while collaborating with relationship managers and lender teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years collateral servicing or real estate documentation experience.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation such as appraisals and tax cards.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex collateral onboarding and maintenance tasks with judgment and discretion.
• Process complex collateral boarding and maintenance requests per guidelines.
• Input loan collateral information into core system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure collateral identification data accuracy in the system.
• Collaborate with Customer team to resolve collateral-related issues.
• Communicate with relationship managers, credit partners, and vendors as needed.
• Provide ongoing support for real estate collateral issues.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
