The role requires 4+ years in loan servicing, strong research and data skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word. You will work within the Collateral Team on various projects in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of loan servicing experience in banking or a related industry.
• Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with commercial loans and documentation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare collateral releases, amendments, and terminations with accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct second reviews of collateral releases, amendments, and terminations.
• Assist in managing workflow for the collateral team.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support team objectives.
• Maintain and monitor original loan files for new, existing, and paid-off loans.
• Manage and file UCC filings (filing, amending, extending, terminating).
• Respond to subpoenas with appropriate documentation.
