Qualifications

• Knowledge of lien perfection concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support lien perfection activities for new, renewed, modified, and paid-off loans by reviewing and maintaining collateral documentation.
• Coordinate with title companies, UCC vendors, and loan teams to ensure proper documentation.
• Track and resolve lien perfection items including title commitments, deeds, UCC filings, and releases.
• Review real property title work for consistency with loan approvals and collateral descriptions.
• Maintain collateral and lien perfection tracking logs and follow up on exceptions and deadlines.
• Identify lien perfection risks and communicate them clearly.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Susser Bank policies.
