Job summary

UBank is seeking a Real Estate Processor to manage complex commercial loan closings secured by real estate and other collateral. You will review loan approvals, entity documentation, and collateral due diligence to identify outstanding items before closing, coordinating with lenders, assistants, and other stakeholders to complete funding.

Responsibilities include reviewing CRE and construction loans, monitoring closing progress, and ensuring all conditions are satisfied.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial loan closing experience including due diligence on CRE collateral and entity documentation.
• Knowledge of financial institutions policies, procedures and regulations preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Ability to prioritize multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review complex commercial loan closings from submission through initial funding for internally prepared and attorney prepared documents.
• Review new commercial real estate loans, construction loans, lines of credit, renewals, modifications, and other commercial transactions.
• Monitor assigned loans throughout the closing process and maintain accurate loan status.
• Verify required approval conditions have been satisfied before closing and funding.
• Coordinate corrections or additional documentation when issues are identified.
• Cross-train in other Loan Operations functions to provide coverage during absences or high volume.
