Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate license highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with TREC contracts.

• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the closing process for real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Draft addenda and review contract terms and contingency dates.
• Coordinate closing logistics with agents, title, lenders, and clients.
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure file compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for transaction questions and issues.
• Prepare files for Accounting and close MLS statuses to Closed.
