The ideal candidate has 2+ years in title/escrow/real estate, strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings from preparation through completion.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and identify missing information.
• Contact transaction parties to obtain additional information as needed.
• Calculate prorated balances and record on the closing statement.
• Review contracts between buyers and sellers.
• Determine final closing costs including loan, title, and recording fees.
• Schedule closing appointments and answer questions.
• Conduct closings and notarize documents as needed.
