Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with high accuracy.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings from preparation through completion.
• Review closing documents and title commitments for accuracy.
• Coordinate transaction details with title agents, escrow, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys.
• Schedule closings and answer questions regarding the process.
• Conduct closings and notarize documents as needed.
• Distribute completed documents to the relevant parties to finalize ownership transfer.
