Job summary

Lenders Title Company in Conway, AR is seeking a Title Agent to support residential and commercial real estate transactions. You will work with Closing Agents, Escrow teams, underwriters, and attorneys to ensure clear, marketable title and accurate documentation.

This full-time role emphasizes precision, customer service, and regulatory compliance. You’ll examine records, prepare commitments and policies, and help move closings forward while maintaining organized files and a strong commitment to

Qualifications

• Experience in title insurance or related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Title Agent license as required by state law.
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology and title insurance principles.
• Proficiency with title production software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform title searches by examining public records, deeds, and other instruments.
• Determine property ownership and identify liens, easements, and title issues.
• Prepare title commitments and policies for closing.
• Review title commitments for accuracy and underwriter guidelines.
• Coordinate with underwriters and escrow teams through closing.
• Communicate title requirements clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate transaction files.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout title and closing.
• Support team members and assist with other duties as assigned.
