Lenders Title Company in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Residential & Commercial Title Agent to handle title examinations and real estate transactions. This full-time clerical role supports Closing Agents, Escrow teams, and attorneys to ensure accurate, compliant title outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have title insurance/real estate experience, and a valid Title Agent license or ability to obtain one. Flexible work model and strong customer service are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in title insurance or real estate preferred.
• Title Agent license required or ability to license per state law.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance principles and real estate terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Office and title production software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform title searches by examining public records, deeds, plats, easements, and other documents.
• Identify liens, judgments, easements, and title issues; resolve defects prior to closing.
• Prepare title commitments, policies, endorsements, and related documents.
• Coordinate with underwriters and escrow teams throughout the closing process.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the title and closing process.
