American Abstract Title, part of the Knox-Title Family, is seeking a Residential & Commercial Closing Agent in Central Arkansas. In this in-person role you will guide buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents through closings, reviewing documents and coordinating details from preparation to completion.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in title/escrow or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings from preparation through completion.
• Review closing documents, ensure accuracy and identify additional documentation needs.
• Contact various parties to obtain information and facilitate closings.
• Calculate prorated balances and prepare closing statements for financial accuracy.
• Schedule closings and answer questions about the process.
• Conduct closings, obtain signatures, and notarize documents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Distribute completed documents to relevant parties and maintain records.
• May prepare work assignments, closing schedules, and daily logs.
