Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Working with qualified buyer leads (yes—we provide leads)
  2. Attending buyer consults, home showings, and negotiations
  3. Writing and managing offers, inspections, and the full transaction process
  4. Staying in close communication with your clients, lender partners, and transaction team
  5. Keeping your CRM updated, your pipeline full, and your follow-up tight
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Active Tennessee real estate license
  2. Experience working with buyers preferred—but not required
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Comfortable making calls, sending videos/texts, and following up consistently
  5. Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed—it’s the nature of the business
  6. Must be a full-time real estate agent and in-office with the team (no remote agents)
  7. A growth mindset, a servant’s heart, and a team-first attitude
Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
