We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Nashville and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced real estate agent, a new agent, or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads, and the mentorship that can take you to a six-figure income!

In this role, you will lease vacant properties that we manage and work with buyers and sellers on the sale/purchase of their homes and investment properties. You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and prospects from tenants to first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors.

This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential!

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Conduct buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
  • Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sale and rental value of company-generated listings
  • Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
  • Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property
  • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time

What Qualifies You
