Responsibilities
  • Execute team lead generation systems weekly.
  • Conduct two open houses weekly.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
  • Participate in team activities per team standards.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
  • Track activities and clients with team Technology.
Qualifications
  • Team player.
  • North Carolina Real Estate License required.
  • 1+ years of real estate experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
