What You’ll Do:
  • Follow our proven sales system to generate buyer appointments.
  • Prospect and follow up with company-generated leads.
  • Guide buyers through every step of the home-buying journey, from consultation to closing.
  • Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Use our CRM and systems to manage tasks, communications, and pipelines.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Represent Move Up Home Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
