Responsibilities:
  1. Answer inquiries from prospective clients using the recommended script and schedule showings of properties.
  2. Represent buyers in residential real estate transactions.
  3. Negotiate the terms of purchase agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  4. Perform market analysis to establish accurate property values and guide pricing strategies.
  5. Educate clients on real estate procedures and processes to facilitate informed decision-making.
  6. Remain available to clients for any questions or concerns throughout the transaction.
  7. Manage and update pertinent data in all applicable systems, CRMs, and platforms.
  8. Utilize diligence at every step of the process to provide exceptional service and achieve success.
  9. Promptly contact the assigned leads and make multiple attempts to reach them.
  10. Follow up with leads based on their status using the team's CRM system.
Qualifications:
  1. To qualify for this position as a Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent in Indianapolis, IN, US, you must possess a valid Real Estate license in compliance with IN requirements.
  2. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to property showings and meetings.
  3. While prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed in this role.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions.
  5. Demonstrating strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities is a key aspect of this position.

Compensation:

$111,500 at plan earnings
