Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Brokerage Operations team. The role involves administrative, financial, marketing and operations tasks to assist brokers, research, marketing, and finance.

You will work on market research, deal documents, CRM updates, listing management on CoStar/LoopNet and event planning, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook with ability to learn new software and JLL’s in‑house platforms.
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities

• Gather market research to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets.
• Prepare deal documents including RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, and leasing status reports.
• Update and maintain CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deals.
• Manage and maintain listings on CoStar and LoopNet; create client deliverables for meetings.
• Assist in planning industry functions or client events and open houses.
