Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or sales-driven environments.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and CRM tools familiarity.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed CMA to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings for accurate market representation.
• Market and promote residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
