Responsibilities include assessing client needs, performing CMA analyses, preparing contracts and closing statements, updating listings, and presenting properties to buyers and investors.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed CMA analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings for accurate market representation.
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties.
