As a licensed agent or current real estate student, you’ll balance client care with professional development in a dynamic market, with access to training and marketing resources dedicated to your success.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend solutions.
• Conduct detailed CMA to determine property values and pricing.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements per regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update property listings for accurate market representation.
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
