Job summary

Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join a collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through every step of their home buying or selling journey, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, performing CMA analyses, handling contracts and closing statements, updating listings, and effectively marketing properties to buyers and investors.

Qualifications

• Must be LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in the real estate industry or a strong sales background.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for property visits and client meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation.
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
