Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join our collaborative team. You’ll be a trusted advisor guiding clients through every step of buying or selling a home, backed by our 50-year legacy and strong community connections.

As a broker, you’ll assess client needs, run CMAs, manage contracts and disclosures, and market both residential and commercial properties. A licensed agent or active student is required, with a flexible schedule and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven track record of successful sales in real estate.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate market representation.
• Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
