Job summary

24 Hour Search is conducting a confidential search for a Business Development Associate in Dallas. This on-site, full-time role offers a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 plus a bonus structure and opportunities to contribute to growth in nationwide CRE investments.

The successful candidate will proactively engage real estate directors and brokers, build relationships with industry stakeholders, conduct market research, and drive the development process from outreach to close with a lean senior

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience; some professional experience preferred over a straight-out-of-college background.
• Comfort with high-volume phone outreach; essential to the role.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to earn the trust of brokers, directors, and capital markets professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive with autonomy on a small, senior team.
• Comfort in a lean office culture and adaptable to startup pace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or X is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call and introduce the firm to real estate directors, tenant rep brokers, and other capital markets contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders that generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead the business development process from initial outreach through close, working closely with the broader team.
• Represent the firm at market meetings and industry events.
• Help plan and host events to build relationships with prospects and partners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and reporting data.
• Stay current on commercial real estate and capital markets trends to identify new growth opportunities.
