Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to earn the trust of brokers, directors, and capital markets professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive with autonomy on a small, senior team.

Responsibilities

Description

24 Hour Search is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a privately held, family office-structured commercial real estate investment firm based in Dallas. The firm acquires and develops office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and hospitality assets nationwide and has completed more than $1 billion in transactions.

This is a net-new Business Development Associate role for a highly motivated, results-oriented communicator who wants a direct hand in the firm's growth.

What You'll Do
