Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate for its Dallas office. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financings.

You will manage multiple workstreams, engage in structuring, negotiation and closing of deals, and collaborate with institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate clients on leasing and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a large law firm setting.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple workstreams independently and collaboratively.
