Qualifications
- 3-6 years of transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience.
- Experience representing owners/developers of commercial/multifamily real estate.
- Proven ability to handle complex property acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Confident drafting and editing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support in running deals and supervise deal team members.
- Represent owners and developers of commercial and multifamily real estate.
- Handle complex property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures and development deals.
- Execute financing transactions.
