Qualifications
- 3-6 years of sophisticated transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience.
- Experience representing owners/developers of commercial/multifamily real estate.
- Experience in complex acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions.
- Affordable housing experience is a plus.
- Strong academics, communication, collaboration, drafting and editing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Run deals and supervise deal team members.
- Draft and edit legal documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to advance transactions.
- Support complex financing structures and due diligence processes.
