Job description

Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, specifically in affordable housing/community development/LIHTC. Qualified candidates will have experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing and should have played key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions.

In addition to the ability to support in “running a deal” and supervising deal team members, qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and collaboration skills, confident drafting and editing abilities, as well as a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $190,000-260,000, commensurate with experience.
