Job summary

Hybrid work arrangement with in-office attendance most of the week. In this position you will support deal teams, draft documents, and manage tasks across acquisitions, joint ventures, and development financing.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience in affordable housing/community development/LIHTC
- Experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing
- Involvement in complex acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
- Ability to support running a deal and supervising deal team members
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident drafting and editing abilities
- Commitment to excellence and thriving in a fast-paced environment
