Job summary

Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, specifically in affordable housing/community development/LIHTC. The role involves working within a collaborative team on complex transactions and financing structures.

Hybrid work arrangement with in-office attendance most of the week. In this position you will support deal teams, draft documents, and manage tasks across acquisitions, joint ventures, and development financing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience in affordable housing/community development/LIHTC
• Experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing
• Involvement in complex acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
• Ability to support running a deal and supervising deal team members
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Confident drafting and editing abilities
• Commitment to excellence and thriving in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $190K-$260K, commensurate with experience
