Qualifications

• 8+ years of LIHTC/affordable housing transactional experience
• Owner/developer representation experience
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing
• Knowledge of LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, and incentives
• Ability to independently run a deal and supervise team
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Drafting and editing abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
