You will support deal teams, represent owners and developers, manage acquisitions and dispositions, structure joint ventures and development deals, and execute

• 3-6 years of transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience.
• Experience representing owners/developers of commercial/multifamily real estate.
• Proven ability to handle complex property acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Confident drafting and editing abilities.
