Our client, a fast-growing boutique law firm focused on affordable housing and community development, seeks a transactional real estate attorney to join their team in a hybrid model. You will own complex deals end-to-end, drafting and negotiating pivotal documents and coordinating across multi-party funds.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of transactional real estate experience with LIHTC expertise, a JD from an accredited law school, and a collaborative, high-energy work style.

• Lead deal execution, manage closing timelines, and coordinate across multi-party funding environments
