The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to grow a personal book of business and aid in providing transaction support. A candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in real estate legal matters and will focus on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, title work, commercial leasing, land use and zoning, and condominium matters. Candidates should have the ability to coordinate and supervise real estate transactions from inception to closing autonomously, but will seek assistance when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Review title commitments and surveys
