This role involves handling acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, leasing, and related transactional work.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and loan documents.
• Assist in structuring and executing complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Manage transaction diligence, including title and survey review, zoning, and land use issues.
• Coordinate and oversee transaction closings, including closing checklists and post‑closing matters.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support partners on financing, restructuring, and asset management matters as needed.
