Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and strategic business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and other complex real estate matters, demonstrating strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction-management skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and bar membership in good standing.
• 8+ years of legal experience, including law firm experience.
• Extensive experience handling commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, financing docs, development agreements, leases, and other documents.
• Lead due diligence including title, survey, zoning, and property matters.
• Partner with business leaders and external stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Assess and mitigate legal and business risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and strategic real estate initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, development agreements, leases, and other transaction-related documents.
• Lead and manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, zoning, and property-related matters.
• Partner with business leaders and external stakeholders to facilitate transactions and achieve business objectives.
• Assess and mitigate legal and business risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 8+ years of legal experience, including experience at a law firm.
• Significant experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and manage sophisticated transactions from inception through closing.
