Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
  • Represent developers, property owners, managers, institutional investors, private investors, and lenders on a broad range of real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel throughout all stages of commercial real estate deals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Manage matters with a high degree of independence while maintaining exceptional client service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
  • Significant experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience representing developers, owners, managers, institutional or private investors, and/or lenders.
  • Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Ability to manage complex matters with minimal supervision.
  • Admission to the applicable state bar and in good standing.
Compensation

Competitive compensation is offered, with an anticipated salary range of $280,000–$335,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
