Job Overview

Well-established law firm with a strong presence in construction, real estate, and commercial matters is looking to add a mid to senior-level real estate attorney to its team. The group represents owners, developers, contractors, and businesses across both transactional and dispute-related matters, handling complex, high‑value work.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
• Draft and negotiate key deal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and related contracts
• Support and manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, and risk analysis
• Advise clients across real estate and related commercial matters, often tied to construction or development projects
• Work directly with clients, including developers, contractors, and business owners, to move transactions forward
• Collaborate with litigation and construction teams when matters overlap with disputes or project‑related issues

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience focused on commercial real estate transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle deals independently
• Experience working with clients in real estate development, construction, or commercial business environments
• Comfortable managing multiple active matters and timelines
• Practical, business‑minded approach to problem solving
• Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
