Aufgaben

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, refinances, purchases and loans.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, assignments, and related transaction documents.
• Represent clients in financing transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and loan documentation.
• Conduct and analyze due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, environmental, and other property-related matters.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, surveyors, and other professionals throughout the transaction process.
• Manage transactions efficiently and effectively, including meeting deadlines and coordinating closings.

Our firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorneywith 5+ years of substantive experienceto join our growing real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and financings, and the ability to independently manage matters from inception through closing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to join a growing transactional practice supporting bank financing, commercial real estate, lending, and acquisition/sale transactions. This attorney would also be collaborating with experienced attorneys and sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, refinances, purchases and loans.

Salary:$175k-$225k (commensurate with experience)
